Returns And Exchanges
Items discounted 25% off and not listed as Final Sale are eligible for return of a store credit within 30 days, our standard return policy applies. Refunds will only apply for items returned with a manufacturing fault.
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless assessed and approved as faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale pricing cannot be retroactively applied to past orders. We do not offer price adjustments or partial refunds on orders placed before the promotion period.
Shipping And Dispatch Delays
Due to increased order volume during the Black Friday sale event, please allow up to 7-10 business days for dispatch, this includes our Express Service.
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the postal or courier service. Tracking information will be provided by email.
Gift With Purchase
Spend $150 AUD in a single transaction to receive FREE Earrings
Spend $200 AUD in a single transaction to receive FREE Earrings and a Lira Cosmetic Pouch (colour selected at random).
Gift With Purchase items are while stocks last and cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned for store credit, unless deemed faulty as per Australian Consumer Law.
If an order is returned and falls below the required spend threshold, the gift item must also be returned unused and in original packaging. If the complimentary item is not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from the store credit amount issued.
Gift is automatically added to your cart and cannot be manually added after the order is placed.
