We are an Australian based online store located in Brisbane and all orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse.
All orders sent from Australia will be sent EXPRESS via Australia Post (tracking available).

*Australia Post no longer requires the parcel to be signed for, the parcel can be handed over to another member of the household if available. In the event there is no one home and no safe place to leave the parcel Australia Post will leave a calling card and take the parcel to the closest Post Office.
Additional Information
Delivery time excludes weekends and public holidays. For same day dispatch please ensure orders are placed before 11am (aest) on a business day. Australia post will email you a tracking number once the order is in transit. You can track the parcel online here: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track
Please expect dispatch delays of up to 10 business days during any Sale event. This applies to all postal services including Express Post.
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick up. If you wish to have your order left unattended you can leave a comment during the checkout procedure. Please note that if this option is selected we will not be liable if your order goes missing.
If you have not received your item/s within 5 business days of placing your order please email us on hello@littlelace.co with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
Littlelace is not responsible for and are not obliged to refund for the below reasons:
Shipping address that has been incorrectly entered by the customer upon placing the order. In the event that a shipping address has been incorrectly entered and cannot be delivered, Australia post will Return to Sender which can take up to 10 business days for us to receive it. We will then resend the parcel to the customer and new shipping charges may apply.
Lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

If your country is not available upon checkout please contact us on hello@littlelace.co and we can further assist. We can also provide an Express Post Shipping option if it is not available upon checkout for your country.
PLEASE NOTE: If the International Australia Post Standard Shipping is selected there is no signature required on delivery. If the parcel is lost in transit or the tracking details state that the parcel has been delivered but the customer is claiming that they have not received it, we are not obliged to offer a replacement or refund but we will assist in helping the postal service try to track down the parcel.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times are for metro/city areas. Orders may be delayed due to customs clearance or if outside metro areas. Littlelace takes no responsibility if such a delay occurs. For same day dispatch please ensure orders are placed before 11am (aest) on a business day. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.
Occasionally and/or during peak season, our shipping carrier Australia Post cannot guarantee their usual delivery time frames so please expect delays for both domestic and International orders.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
In the event that any customs fees, taxes and duties apply, they are the sole responsibility of the customer, this is not included in our shipping cost. Littlelace is required to state the full value of your order on the package, and this will then usually determine the applicable fees. We suggest you contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees prior to placing an order with us.
In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver for whatever reason, our shipping carrier will attempt redelivery. If our shipping carrier are unable to get in contact with the receiver to arrange a re-delivery and Littlelace receive no response from the receiver, the parcel may be abandoned/destroyed by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, if a parcel is not claimed or refused due to tax/duties, Littlelace is not obliged to issue a refund.
For orders that are not claimed and get sent back to us, we will only offer a store credit for the order less original shipping costs and RTS (return to sender) fee, this fee is not the same value as the original shipping costs.
Please note that the International cost that Littlelace offer do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country to Australia in the event that they need to return their order as this charge is not the responsibility of Littlelace. RELEASE OF SIGNATURE
For all Express shipments, in the event that you have authorised for the parcel to be left unattended we will not be liable if the parcel goes missing. There will be no compensation in any form so please note this before selecting this option.
For all Australia Post Standard International deliveries, there is no signature on delivery required but a tracking number is available. Please note if you choose this standard shipping option we will not be liable for missing parcels if the scan from the tracking number says delivered.
